The maintenance work for Salesforce Desk was completed. We're now working on answering all help messages that were sent during that time.

Our help replies continue to be delayed by several hours by Desk. They are also planning a maintenance period from 9 PM-12 AM Pacific to permanently resolve these issues. During that time our replies will be delayed until the maintenance period has completed.

We have been seeing delays on responses to help requests as Desk works on some email problems on their end.
